With our experienced team of architects and designers we can offer a complete concept for your space and with creativity, imagination and experience accumulated over our many years of development will be able to offer a unique solution to your requirements.

Because construction works are not possible without the initial design and project documentation, we suggest the following procedure:

  • Based on your requirements arrange an initial planning meeting, at which you should specify all your requirements and ideas for future work.
  • When you submit your quotation for design work focus on what we have discussed about your project at the initial meeting.
  • At this juncture we will show you our initial design based on your requirements in a 3D visualization and discuss any comments and any changes required.
  • When the details of the project have been finalized we will supply a quotation for the finished project which will include costings for all construction and craftsmanship.

On acceptance of our quotation to carry out the works required the next stage will be a meeting to finalise the details of all items in the price calculation, negotiation of start and completion dates and the signing of the contract. From this point on the construction work will begin.

Interiors

To complete the interior we are able to supply:

  • Surface flooring: laminate flooring, parquet, designer carpets, ceramic tiles etc.
  • Plastering walls, brick walls, tiled walls, wallpaper cover or painted walls etc.
  • Preparing the ceiling: gypsum ceiling, coffered ceiling or paint etc.
